Bridges.com Inc. (TSE:BIT), North America's leading provider of career and educational planning solutions, has changed the way it reports business developments to the investment community. The company's quarterly reporting has expanded, in compliance with new standards emerging in the U.S. and Canada. As a result, Bridges will end its practice of issuing a monthly corporate update.

"We've outgrown the utility of our corporate update," said Doug Manning, CEO of Bridges.com. "When we were a smaller company, events like a 20-site purchase were material. Today, achievements such as our recent 51-site sale of CX Online in Florida are incidental to the regular course of business."

Bridges' new quarterly reports include expanded information relating to the consolidated financial statements. Each quarterly report will also include management's discussion and analysis. These elements were included in the Q1 2001 financial statements distributed to investors.

Bridges will also introduce a quarterly conference call to discuss financial results, quarterly highlights and the company's business outlook. All shareholders will be able to listen to the conference discussions with selected brokers and analysts.
