
Welcome to Choices® Planner! Your subscription includes online access available 24/7 from your site or from home, as well as unlimited support. Your site administrator will have received a resource kit containing a Quick Reference Guide and a full-colour poster, as well as a faxed or e-mailed Welcome Letter.
Before you get started, it is important to review your resource materials. We recommend you read your Quick Reference Guide and share the Quick Start Guide with students, clients and parents.
When you are ready, Educators should go to www.bridges.com and sign in to the Educator section. Post-Secondary Educators and Career Counsellors should go to portfolio.bridges.com/ct, and sign in to the Educator and Counsellor section. Next, create a new Professional Account by entering the Site ID, Password and Professional Account Access Key included in your Welcome Letter. Review Choices Planner's Professional Tools for integration and implementation ideas, as well as valuable reporting tools.
