What is the website URL for Learning Style Inventory™?
As of the 2006/2007 school year, site's will no longer be required to enter a unique website URL for Learning Style Inventory. Now all sites can access their Learning Style Inventory subscription at www.bridges.com. To access Learning Style Inventory, you will require your access codes e-mailed to your site administrator. If you cannot locate this e-mail, please contact Bridges Customer Support at 1-800-281-1168 or Support Form and we can resend another e-mail to the Program Administrator.

What is my login information for Learning Style Inventory?
Each individual has their own unique username and password to get into Learning Style Inventory. Program Administrators and counsellors have their own login information e-mailed to them individually. Students create their own unique username and password.

I'm the designated Program Administrator for Learning Style Inventory at our school. I've logged into the website as per the instructions in my welcome e-mail. Now what?
In order for students to use Learning Style Inventory, the Program Administrator must first add counsellors to the system. As soon as the Program Administrator adds the counsellors' names and e-mail addresses, a computer generated e-mail is immediately sent to each counsellor. The counsellors log in to Learning Style Inventory as per the instructions in the e-mail. As soon as the counsellors have logged in and have set their counsellor preferences, it's ready for students to use.

I'm the designated Program Administrator for Learning Style Inventory at our school. Can I see all student assessment results?
No. Only the counsellor that the student selected upon registration can see the student's assessment results.

I'm a counsellor at our school and I've logged into Learning Style Inventory and have set my counsellor preferences. How do I get my students started?
Provide each of your students with a copy of Learning Style Inventory's Quick Start Guide. Be sure to include your site's access codes on the Quick Start Guide, which were e-mailed to your site administrator. At your school's login screen, have the students click on the Register Here button. First-time students must complete the registration form. During this process, each student creates their own unique username and password. When the registration form is complete, students can begin taking the assessment.

Why can't my students see their assessment results?
This is because the counsellor set their preferences to instruct the students to see the counsellor after taking the assessment, instead of being able to see their results. A counsellor can edit this by logging into their counsellor tools and select Edit My Personal Preferences.
