This demo requires Shockwave version 8.0.205, or earlier.

Do not download and install the latest version of Shockwave, or this demo will not work. Instead, goto this page and download the version labelled "Shockwave Player 8.00.205", and install it.

Determine Your Version of Shockwave

To determine what version of Shockwave you have installed perform these steps:

• In your IE browser, click the Tools menu option.
• Click Internet Options.
• Click on the General tab, click the Settings button.
• On the Settings dialog box, click the View Objects... button.
• In the resulting window, find the line for the Shockwave ActiveX Control. Check the column labelled "Version".

To Uninstall, and Then Reinstall Version of Shockwave

If you have a later version of Shockwave already installed, you can uninstall it, and then install Shockwave version 8.0.205 by following these instructions:

• To uninstall Shockwave, goto this page and download the program labelled "Uninstaller" (in the middle of the page). Run the Uninstaller in order to remove Shockwave from your browser(s).
• Next, on that same page, download the version labelled "Shockwave Player 8.00.205", and install it.
• You should now be able to view the Paws in Jobland demo without experiencing Shockwave errors.
