Bridges Announces Executive Changes For immediate release April 21, 2005 Kelowna, B.C - Bridges Transitions Inc. (TSX: BIT), a leading provider of products and services used by schools to help students achieve education and career success, today announced that Bill Spittle will assume a new role within the organization, as Vice President, Business Development. The Company also announced it has added Bill Tzetzos to its executive team as Vice President, Product Development and Delivery. Mr. Spittle has been with Bridges since 2000, most recently serving as Vice President, Product Development and Technology. With his appointment to this newly created position, he will focus on new revenue streams and sales expansion by leveraging Bridges unique market position and products into new customer categories. He will be responsible for identifying and commercializing Bridges strategic business extension activities, which will include providing solutions for the student loan industry, for colleges seeking to recruit freshman candidates, and for companies seeking to recruit candidates to supplement their skilled workforce. Mr. Tzetzos has been with Bridges in a consulting role for the past few months. Mr. Tzetzos brings added senior level planning, development and operations experience to the executive team at Bridges. In his new appointment Mr. Tzetzos is responsible for the advancement of Bridges product development plans in anticipation of existing market trends and preparing for new business opportunities. Prior to joining Bridges, Mr. Tzetzos held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Verb Exchange Inc., a CDNX telecommunications company where he was responsible for all operational activities of the Company. Previously, he held the position of Vice President of Technology Businesses with TCG International, a British Columbia-based multinational corporation operating the Speedy Auto Glass chain, Apple Auto Glass and Novus Windshield Repair franchises. Prior to TCGI, Mr. Tzetzos spent three years at Sprint Canada, a division of Call-Net. Between 1988 and 1996, he managed his own consulting practice, providing Information Systems and Technology management consulting to the B.C. forestry and distribution sector industries.
