Bridges Expands Agreement With New York City Nonpublic Schools For immediate release June 22, 2005 Kelowna, B.C - Bridges Transitions Inc. (TSX: BIT), a leading provider of career and educational planning solutions, announced today that it has expanded an existing agreement with the New York City Bureau of Nonpublic Schools, to now provide Bridges' testGEAR® products to over 65% of the Catholic nonpublic high schools in New York City. All current and newly participating high schools will receive Bridges' testGEAR products including SAT, PSAT, and additional New York State specific test prep products. Announced November 8, 2004, the original three-year agreement with the New York City Bureau of Nonpublic Schools placed Bridges testGEAR products into Catholic high schools in the boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens. The current expansion of this agreement will now see Bridges testGEAR® products used in all five New York City boroughs, now including Manhattan, the Bronx and Staten Island. "We are obviously pleased to see our testGEAR products gaining traction in the school market, and it is particularly satisfying to see an existing customer significantly increase the number of schools that will place our test preparation products in the hands of students," says Bridges CEO John Simmons. "This decision by the New York City Nonpublic Schools to expand the number of high schools accessing our testGEAR products reflects strong customer satisfaction, which ultimately speaks to the effectiveness of our testGEAR product line."
