Bridges Signs Three-Year Agreement With Atlantic Canada For immediate release August 11, 2005 Kelowna, B.C - Bridges Transitions Inc. (TSX: BIT), a leading provider of career and educational planning solutions, announced today that it has signed a three-year agreement with The Council of Atlantic Ministers of Education and Training (CAMET), which has selected Bridges as the provider of choice for career exploration and education planning products to schools in all four Atlantic Canada provinces. CAMET represents the Departments of Education for New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador. The agreement will see Bridges' complete suite of career exploration and education planning products made available for distribution to schools in all four provinces. There are more than 1,200 public kindergarten-to-Grade 12 schools in Atlantic Canada, including over 325 high schools. "We are pleased to have been chosen by CAMET as the provider of career exploration and education planning resources to the schools in Atlantic Canada," said John Simmons, Chief Executive Officer of Bridges. "This region-wide agreement gives CAMET the ability to provide more career and education planning resources to more schools.
