Get quick answers to some of the most commonly asked technical questions.

  • I know my school's Site ID and Password, but it's not working when I enter it.
Check to make sure that cookies and java are enabled. Do this by clicking on the Browser Diagnostic link at the bottom on the login screen. Green checkmarks will indicate if it's enabled. Red X's indicate it's not enabled. Make sure you are using one of the recommend browsers . You may want to check out the Application FAQs as it may be an application issue.
  • Do students have to always enter the Site ID and Password? We want to make accessing Choices Explorer as easy as possible for our students.
Either select the Remember Me box, or select to have your browser remember the login information. You can create a Choices Explorer icon on your desktop by going to the Professional Tools and selecting the Express Access Tool. When students click on the icon from the desktop, they will not have to enter the Site ID and Password.
  • I'm seeing an error message (such as "page cannot be displayed") when I try going to the Choices Explorer website, or if I click on something within the website. What can I do to get rid of this error message?
Try the refresh or reload button on your browser menu bar, or try clearing the browser cache.
