- The screen becomes white after entering the password.
Verify if you have a pop up blocker, and allow pop-ups. Although it may not appear to be a 'pop-up' issue, after entering your password at the login screen, it is actually a pop-up window that is launched.
- I am finding that Paws is very slow to load.
The following programs are required to run Paws most effectively: Windows XP, Internet Explorer 6.0.29, Flash Version 8, and high speed DSL. If you receive the error message, "Acobat IE helper IEXPOLORE.exe application error. The instruction at ox1001cd11reference memory of ox1001cd11 the memory can not be read”, test your internet speed at www.myspeed.visualware.com. If necessary, upgrade from dialup.
- The screen becomes white after logging on to Paws.
The screen will go white after you have been prompted to download Flash, a necessary component for running the Paws program. Select Control+Alt+Delete to exit. Verify your browser diagnostics, and confirm if your site is using Internet Explorer 5.5, Windows 95 or Flash Version 4. If so, upgrade to a minimum of Windows 98, Internet Explorer 6.0 or Flash 6 - although Windows XP, Internet Explorer 6.0.29, and Flash 8 are recommended.
