What are Continuing Education Units?
Many states and districts require educators to attain a certain number of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) each year.

The ASCA/Bridges Fall Webinar Program rewards .15 CEUs for each 1 to 1½ hour webinar course you attend.

ASCA is the only international counseling organization to offer IACET-authorized CEUs for its professional development opportunities. IACET, the International Association of Continuing Education & Training, was created in 1968, and its certification is the standard learners seek for quality.

The Continuing Education Unit (CEU) is in the public domain - therefore, almost any organization can claim to offer CEUs. However, IACET Authorized Providers, undergo a comprehensive authorization process that differentiates their educational offerings from that of their un-authorized competitors. Only IACET Authorized Providers can offer the IACET CEU, the hallmark of quality in continuing education and training.

Continuing Education Unit Redemption Process
Two pieces of information are required to redeem CEU credits for the sessions you attend:

1. CEU Order Form
2. Workshop Completion Certificate* (provided upon completion of your session)

To Redeem Your Credits:
Print and complete the CEU Order Form. Send it along with your payment and copy of your Workshop Completion Certificate to ASCA at the address provided on the form.
