When you click on the link the recording will automatically begin playing.

To jump forward or back to a specific section of the recording follow these steps

1. In the top left corner of the screen click on the Show Index button.

2. You should see a list of the different sections of the recording followed by a time label in minutes & seconds. You may need to make the index window larger by clicking & dragging its right-side border over.

3. Now left-click on the time bar (see figure 1 below), and hold the mouse button down while moving your mouse left or right. You should see the time indicator change accordingly. When you get to the appropriate time as labeled in the index, let go of the mouse button to begin playing from that point.
