Terry M. Holland
Chairman

Chairman of the company since February 2003. Director of the company from November 1999 until February 2003. President of Krystal Financial Corp. since September 2004. Mr. Holland was President and chief executive officer of Trimin Capital Corporation, a TSX-listed management company that holds large equity interest in a number of operating businesses from 1991 to 2004. Mr. Holland is a chartered accountant and obtained a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1979. Over the last 15 years, Mr. Holland has had extensive experience in acquiring and financing businesses in a wide variety of sectors including natural resources, real estate, manufacturing and technology.

John C. Simmons
Chief Executive Officer and Director

Chief executive officer since June 2002. Chairman of the company from February 1999 until February 2003. President of John C. Simmons and Associates Inc., a private consulting business since January 1999. Mr. Simmons was president and chief executive officer of Integrated Paving Concepts Inc., a paving company, from November 1992 until January 1999. Mr. Simmons has experience with strategic planning related to various distribution businesses, taking them from start-up through emerging growth phases. He has taken three companies from junior exchanges to the TSX, including Contour Blind & Shade (Canada) Ltd. and InsulPro Industries Inc. Mr. Simmons graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an honours BA degree in business administration in 1975.

Douglas J. Manning
President and Director

President and director of the company since August 1994. The company's co-founder and chief executive officer from 1994 to June 2002, Doug Manning spent 14 years in the Canadian career services industry where he designed and implemented an award-winning comprehensive district-wide career program for students in grades 7 to 12, authored several career guidance curricula used throughout Canada, and co-authored the British Columbia Ministry of Education's Career Development Handbook. Mr. Manning obtained his bachelor of education degree from the University of Victoria in 1975 and his master's degree in psychological foundations from the University of Victoria in 1983. Mr. Manning was chosen Kelowna's community leader of the year for 1995.

Edward J. Hall
Director

Director of the company since December 1995. Mr. Hall has served as co-president of Canadian Adult Communities Ltd., a real estate construction and development company specializing in mature lifestyle communities in the Okanagan Valley, since 1979. Mr. Hall provides advice to Bridges management in the areas of business systems, marketing and staff management. Mr. Hall received a bachelor of arts (economics) degree from the University of Calgary in 1969 and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario in 1977.

Scott B. Edmonds
Director

Director of the company since February 2003. Chief financial officer of Quadrus Financial Technologies Inc. Prior to joining Quadrus, Mr. Edmonds held the position of chief financial officer at Chancery Software Ltd. for more than two years. Mr. Edmonds earned his chartered accountant designation while with Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) in Toronto. He also holds a bachelor of business administration (honours) degree in finance from Bishop's University and certifications from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. In his earlier career, Mr. Edmonds spent over eight years with The Walt Disney Company, lastly as director of business development and finance in Southeast Asia.

John B. Walker
Chief Financial Officer

Chief financial officer of the company since May 2000. Mr. Walker is a chartered accountant and obtained a bachelor of arts degree and a bachelor of commerce degree from McGill University in 1970 and 1972, respectively. Mr. Walker was vice president of finance and corporate development for Synkoloid Company of Canada and Beadex Manufacturing Company, building materials companies, from November 1997 to May 2000. Mr. Walker held various senior financial and corporate development positions in the business units of CSR Limited, an Australian public company in the construction materials business from 1992 to 1997. Mr. Walker was chief financial officer for Synkoloid Company of Canada and Beadex Manufacturing Company from 1985 to 1991.

Donald A. Phillips
Vice President, Marketing

Vice president of marketing since September 2003. Vice president of product development since July 2000. Mr. Phillips was manager of software development at Careerware from 1989 until Careerware was acquired by Bridges in March 2000. At Careerware, Mr. Phillips was responsible for the design, development and integration of the Choices family of career exploration and information products. Prior to 1989, Mr. Phillips worked as the supervisor of product development at Careerware (a division of ISM Information Systems Management Corporation, an IBM company) and as a technical systems engineer for Canada Systems Group and STM Systems Corp. Mr. Phillips brings to Bridges over 20 years of experience in software development and information technology. He received an honours bachelor of mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo in 1982.

William R.M. Spittle
Vice President, Product Development & Technology

Vice president of product development & technology since September 2003. Vice president of information technology since February 2003. Director of customer service from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Spittle was the treasurer of Western Star Trucks Holdings Ltd. from 1998 to 2000 and prior to that was a corporate and commercial account manager with several large Canadian financial institutions in Toronto and Vancouver from 1986 to 1998, specializing in term and acquisition financing. He has experience in business development, marketing, economic and industry analysis and risk assessment. Mr. Spittle received a bachelor of business administration (honours) degree from Simon Fraser University in 1984 and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario in 1986.

Norman R. Thompson
Vice President, Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary

Chief financial officer of the company from December 1995 to April 2000. Vice president of corporate development since April 2000, and secretary to the board of directors since September 2001. Mr. Thompson is a certified general accountant with 16 years of accounting and business experience, including 10 years in public practice and four years in industry. Mr. Thompson began his career in 1985 with the CA firm of BDO Dunwoody, where he spent four years. For the following six years, Mr. Thompson operated N.R. Thompson & Co. CGA, a public practice firm located in Kelowna. Since August 1994, Mr. Thompson has been involved with Bridges, joining the company as a director.
