Mr. John C. Simmons adds expertise in corporate finance, acquisitions
and joint ventures

Bridges.com is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. John C. Simmons to the Board of Directors. Mr. Simmons joins Ed Hall, Dave Cousins and Chairman Doug Manning on the Board.

"Mr. Simmons adds extensive expertise in business development, corporate finance, public company experience and a knowledge of acquisitions that will significantly enhance our board," says Doug Manning, CEO. "Bridges.com has grown to a level where we're ready for a person of Mr. Simmons expertise. He'll help the Company identify future growth opportunities."

As president and chairman of Contour Blind and Shade (Canada) Ltd., he expanded the company from start-up in 1983 to 60 locations in Canada and the United States.

From 1990 - 1992, he was a founder, vice-president and director of Insulpro Industries Inc., a TSE-listed insulation application business.

Since 1992, John has been the president and founder of Integrated Paving Concepts Inc., a profitable TSE company recently acquired in part by Trimin Enterprises Inc. of Vancouver.
