THE BRIDGES INITIATIVES INC. (the "Corporation") (ASE: BIT) is pleased to announce that it has reserved an undiscounted price of $2.05 per share in connection with the proposed grant of stock options to acquire up to 50,000 common shares (the "Stock Options"). The Stock Options will be granted to directors, officers and employees of the Corporation to be determined.

The grant of the Stock Options is subject to regulatory approval and the Corporation is required to file a formal application with the Alberta Stock Exchange within 14 calendar days of this press release.
