Bridges.com Inc. announces the retirement of Frank Bowers, President. Mr. Bowers' retirement, which has been planned for the past few months, is effective the end of May.

"Frank played an important role in establishing the technical platform for our original Career Explorer product," said Doug Manning, Chief Executive Officer of Bridges.com Inc. "He has hired and trained staff who now manage and develop that platform. We greatly appreciate the contributions Mr. Bowers has made to our Company."

Upon the retirement of Mr. Bowers, Doug Manning, CEO will assume the duties of the President's position.
