Bridges.com Inc. ("Bridges") is pleased to announce that it has received conditional approval from The Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSE") to list its common shares on the TSE. The listing is subject to Bridges fulfilling all of the remaining requirements of the TSE on or before March 1, 2000.

Bridges will publish another notice once a date has been set for the commencement of trading on the TSE.
