Bridges President and CEO Doug Manning and his management team will host the company's annual general meeting on April 5, 2001 at the Grand Okanagan Resort from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. PST.

A presentation by CEO Doug Manning will focus on Bridges' operating history and highlight general industry trends that define the opportunities for Bridges.com. This presentation will provide a broad overview of the future direction for Bridges as the company expands into new markets. An open forum question and answer session with Mr. Manning will immediately follow the presentation.
