The new name reflects Bridges' commitment to preparing students for successful transitions to education and work beyond high school. Bridges products are also used at career agencies and post-secondary schools across the nation to help adults manage a variety of education and career transitions.

The name change is effective immediately.

A special resolution was passed in support of the name change at a shareholders' meeting June 25, 2004. The name change does not affect the company's trading symbol: BIT.
