Kelowna, B.C - Bridges Transitions Inc. (TSX: BIT), a leading provider of products and services used by schools, universities and agencies to help people achieve education and career success, is pleased to announce a three-year, US$100,000 per-year arrangement to provide Bridges' newly launched Choices Planner to every high school in the state of Mississippi.

In addition to the announced expansion of products to be provided by Bridges, the State of Mississippi has also decided to extend its existing agreement with Bridges for another two years. The current three-year agreement, which is in its final year, carries an option to renew for two additional years, and already provides for the statewide distribution of Bridges' Choices CD Edition and Career Futures products.

"Having access to both the Choices CD Edition and the Internet version, Choices Planner, will be such a blessing to all our high schools across the state," said Martha Garrett from the Mississippi Department of Education. "Students will be able to complete required career development activities both at the school site and at home, wherever they have Internet access."

The funding for this agreement was achieved through a sponsorship agreement between Education Services Foundation (ESF), a Mississippi company, and Mississippi Development Authority. ESF has provided funds through a US$100,000 grant to the Mississippi Development Authority to enable the purchase of Choices Planner for every public high school in the state, allowing Choices Planner to run concurrent with the existing Choices CD Edition and Career Futures products.
