This year our customers will benefit from an improved aptitude assessment with more thorough results as we replace the Career Aptitude Survey with the Ability Profiler.
The Ability Profiler is an upgraded computer-administered assessment designed to take full advantage of the psychometric, technical, and operational enhancements in the latest (paper-pencil) O*NET Ability Profiler.
The Ability Profiler gives a more comprehensive view of the user's abilities with a score for Form Perception, as well as the facility to manually enter raw scores from the mark-making and dexterity board exercises.
