Choices Planner Technical FAQ
Get quick answers to some of the most commonly asked technical questions.

  • I know my Site ID and Password, but it's not working when I enter it.
    Check to make sure that cookies and javascript are enabled. Do this by clicking on the Browser Diagnostic link at the bottom on the login screen. Green checkmarks will indicate if it's enabled. Red X's indicate it's not enabled. Make sure you are using one of the recommend browsers. You may want to check out the Application FAQ as it may be an application issue.
  • We cannot get to the Choices Planner login screen (http://www.bridges.com).
    Make sure firewall, filtering software and anti-virus software are configured to allow access to the "bridges.com" domain.
  • The Interest Profiler questions are not being displayed.
    This is most likely caused by your security/filtering software. For example, if you run Norton Anti-Virus, try turning it off first; the Interest Profiler questions should appear. Turn it back on when you have completed the assessment.
  • The career videos are not playing.
    QuickTime is required to run the videos, and it must be installed on every computer if you are using Choices Planner from the computer lab. To download QuickTime, go to: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/. Your technician will also have to make sure that there is enough bandwidth available.
